Condyne Capital announced plans for a transformative redevelopment project at the former Konica Minolta building located at 500 Day Hill Rd. in Windsor, CT. The proposed mixed-use development has approvals in place and will be an adaptive reuse of a 99,480-square-foot office building.
500 Day Hill Rd. will feature 300 Class A apartments alongside 19,983 square feet of ancillary retail and commercial space, with the intent of creating a live-work-shop destination designed to meet the growing demand for housing within the greater Hartford area. The housing will include a combination of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
Designed by Maugel Destefano Architects, 500 Day Hill features a partial fourth-floor roof deck, perimeter walking trail, scenic pond, private balcony, garage parking, onsite storage and bike storage. It will also include a pool, fitness center, pickleball, multi-purpose court, dog park and several outdoor grilling areas with lounge seating.
