
Miller Construction Company completed Bridge Point Miami Station, a new industrial development for client Kurv Industrial. The project, located at 11690 NW 105th Street in Miami, consists of two new ground-up, tilt-wall warehouses totaling 326,448 square feet.
The almost $29.3 million project is designed to serve as a distribution and logistics hub with direct access to major roadways in Miami. Both buildings are currently configured for single-tenant use but can accommodate multiple users.
Building 1 totals 128,805 square feet. The building also includes 2,621 square feet of spec office space and 137 parking spaces, including 5 ADA spots and 4 EV spots.Â
Building 2, totaling 197,643 square feet, features a 2,903-square-foot spec office space and 192 parking spaces, 6 ADA spots and 4 EV spots.Â
The project team includes Arcadis (architecture), B&K Engineering Group (MEP), DDA Engineers (structural) and Langan Engineering (Civil).
