Sony has officially announced the free monthly games for June 2026 that all PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to claim at no additional cost. There are three games in total, but Sony is bringing back a fourth game that will remain available to claim for an extra couple of weeks.
That game is EA Sports FC 26 which was made available as one of the free games in May. This would normally disappear on June 2 when the new games are rotated in. However, Sony has confirmed that it will be keeping this one around a bit longer for fans. The other three games, of course, will still go live on June 2, as this is the first Tuesday of June and the first Tuesday of the month is always when Sony rotates games in and out.
Free PlayStation Plus games for June 2026 includes Grounded and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
PlayStation Plus may be getting a little more expensive for those who will be new subscribers, if you let the subscription lapse at any point and try to re-sub, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that you get some freebies as part of that sub. This coming month, you’ll get access to Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, and Warhammer: 40,000 Darktide.
As noted these will become available on June 2 and the games for May, save for EA Sports FC 26, will be removed. So, if you haven’t claimed them to add them to your library yet, make sure to do so if you want them. It’s worth noting that claimed games never leave your library. They will remain playable as long as your subscription is active. Even if you let it lapse or cancel it for a bit, you can play those games again when you re-sub.
