The 266-unit Avida Aventura apartment complex at 19401 W. Dixie Highway in Miami was acquired by Breevest for nearly $110 million. The seller was Fifield Cos. The firm broke ground on Avida Aventura, its first Miami-Dade County project, in 2022 and completed it in 2024. The project sold for over $400,000 a unit.
The South Florida Business Journal reports the buyer took out an $85 million mortgage from BDT & MSD Partners.
Units range from 467-square-foot studios to 1,492-square-foot three-bedroom residences. Monthly rents range from $2,323 to $4,788. The property features a 20,000-square-foot rooftop amenity deck overlooking the Miami skyline, with a heated pool, sauna, and spa. A dedicated coworking area offers private offices and conference rooms.
The rental community is not far from the Aventura Mall and is just steps away from the Brightline train station.
