VIVÂMEE Hospitality, LLC has completed the combined $25 million acquisition of two premier Mid-Atlantic golf and hospitality assets: Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort and The Golf Club at South River.
Together, the portfolio comprises 54 holes of championship golf across more than 870 acres of waterfront and conservation-protected land in one of the most affluent and supply-constrained markets in the United States. The acquisition was completed by Accountable Equity, LLC, a firm specializing in experiential hospitality real estate, through Capital H6, LLC.
The closing brings Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort and The Golf Club at South River into the VIVÂMEE Hospitality operating platform, expanding the firm’s Mid-Atlantic footprint to six resort properties and five championship golf courses across Maryland and New Jersey. Queenstown Harbor is a 36-hole waterfront destination resort on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and The Golf Club at South River is an 18-hole private membership club near Annapolis.
