The IQOO 15T is finally here, the company’s new high-end smartphone. This is not technically a new flagship smartphone, as the IQOO 15 still takes the cake, technically, but it is close to it, that’s for sure.
The IQOO 15T is a gaming phone with MediaTek’s most powerful chip
Instead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 that the IQOO 15 is using, this phone relies on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. Both of those are flagship processors. There are a number of other differences between them, but we’re not here to do a comparison.
The IQOO 15T has a flat display, with a centered display camera hole up top and thin, uniform bezels. Its frame is flat all around, and so is its backplate. Speaking of which, the phone comes in three colors: Qingyun, Legend Edition, and Racing Edition. You can see all three of them below.

It has a large display with all the bells and whistles
The phone features a 6.82-inch 2K+ display from BOE. It has a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels, and it’s an LTPO AMOLED display. HDR10+ is supported here, while the panel offers a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The peak brightness is 4,500 nits, while the panel also supports 2,592Hz PWM dimming.
You can choose between 12GB and 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM here, and three storage options with UFS 4.1 flash storage are available. The storage is not expandable, though.
There is also an 8,000mAh battery included, along with a 200MP camera
There is also an 8,000mAh battery included on the inside, while the phone supports 100W wired charging. It is IP68 and IP69 certified for water and dust resistance, while Android 16 comes pre-installed, with OriginOS 6.0.
A 200-megapixel main camera (f/1.88 aperture, OIS) sits on the back, along with a 50-megapixel ultrawide snapper (f/2.0 aperture). A 16-megapixel camera is included on the front of the device.

The phone also has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster at the top. Stereo speakers are also included in the package. Wi-Fi 7 is supported here too, as is Bluetooth 5.4.
This phone has an e-sports co-processor, extremel high touch sampling rate, and more
This phone also has IQOO’s Q3 e-sports co-processor for gaming. It unifies full-scene ray tracing, super-resolution scaling, and frame interpolation. The phone also has hardware-accelerated ray tracing.
The phone also has a touch sampling rate of 4,000Hz, along with a 6-stage software rendering pipeline optimization. There is also a 400Hz ultra-sensory gyroscope to assist in micro movements and tracking when aiming.
The pricing for the iQOO 15T starts at CNY4,099 ($601), while it goes all the way up to CNY5,999 ($880). We’re not sure if this phone will become available in other markets.
