TruCore Industrial has acquired a 71,552-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased industrial property occupied by HD Supply, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, located in Peoria, Illinois.
The property is located just off North Allen Road and State Route 6. The site sits within a dense and established industrial corridor anchored by tenants such as Roto Rooter, Advanced Technology Services, Trigo SCSI, Brewers Distributing Co., Peoria Production Solutions, U-Haul, Ryder Truck Rental, Community Wholesale Tire, Keling Roofing Company, and others.
