Motorola: $200 bonus with trade-in + Free Moto Buds 2 Plus
Best Buy: Up to $700 off with trade-in
Pre-orders for the 2026 Motorola Razr are finally available, and it has an MSRP of $799. But that doesn’t mean you need to spend that much on the new Razr. There are plenty of great deals available.
For pre-orders, the Razr 2026 is only available from Best Buy, Amazon and Motorola.com, which are selling universally unlocked. So you can use them on any carrier. However, when the device launches on May 21, it will then be available at virtually every carrier. This includes Verizon, Visible, Boost Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi Wireless, and Cox Mobile. With T-Mobile and Cricket coming a bit later on.
At Motorola, they are bundling a pair of the Moto Buds 2 Plus, as well as giving you a really impressive trade-in offer. You’re getting a $200 bonus with your trade-in. Which can really bring down the price of this one quite a bit.
Over at Best Buy and Amazon, you won’t get as many sweet options for deals, but you can trade in your current device. Typically, Best Buy and Amazon won’t give you more than the cost of the new product, so if you have something like an iPhone 17 Pro Max, then you may want to sell it elsewhere.
At this time, Amazon has not listed the Razr 2026, so we aren’t sure what promo they’ll be offering. But it’s usually a gift card bundled in.
At $799.99, Motorola is clearly going after budget-conscious foldable buyers. That’s a solid price for a flip phone in 2026, even though it is a $100 price increase over last year’s model. That’s going to be a tough pill to swallow, since there are very few upgrades, and it actually has more downgrades. Make sure you check out the Motorola Razr 2026 Specs before making your purchase. It does get a nice battery upgrade, but storage does get a downgrade, unfortunately.
