The Moto Tag 2 debuted earlier this year at CES 2026. It is now reportedly available to buy in some regions. While there are plenty of Android Find Hub trackers on the market, support for UWB for precise tracking makes the Moto Tag 2 a standout. Add to that the impressive battery life, which, as per Motorola, lasts 600 days.
Motorola has quietly put the Moto Tag 2 on sale in select regions
Motorola has reportedly put the Moto Tag 2 on sale in select regions in recent weeks. The tracker is selling for £29.99 (~$41) in the UK and €40 (~$47) in Germany. In the US, the company apparently hasn’t kicked off the sales officially, but if you’re looking to buy, some third-party sellers on Amazon are offering the Moto Tag 2 for $119.99 for a 4-pack, which is retail pricing. That means each unit comes out to around $29.99.
Feedback (or rather reviews) from the early buyers confirms it’s a genuine product. There seems to be no issues with these third-party sellers as well, as Amazon handles fulfillment anyway. That said, currently, there seems to be no way to buy a single pack.
The tracker gets UWB support for an impressive battery life
The Moto Tag 2 is available in green and orange shades. It pairs with any Android device through the Moto Tag app. It’s also easy to use: just attach it to any of your belongings and use your Android phone to locate with pinpoint precision, “anywhere in the world.” Motorola assures that all the tracking will remain private. The tag is protected by end-to-end encryption on Google’s trusted networks.
There’s Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity and Bluetooth Channel Sounding that helps you track the distance of an item. Its ultra-compact design means you can slip it into wallets, luggage tags, and small pouches. Despite the sleek design, Motorola isn’t skimping on durability, though. It gets an IP68 rating to withstand water, dust, and rain.
