The Chiofaro Company, in partnership with PGIM Real Estate, announced that TD Bank U.S. has signed a multi-floor, 10-year lease at Two International Place. The lease commitment, reported by the Boston Business Journal as 38,000 square feet, occurs as the two-building office complex completes a $100-million renovation.
TD will consolidate its Boston and suburban corporate offices into International Place, establishing a single, unified location for its regional operations. The move doubles its space within the property.
“This move is about creating a more connected experience for our teams,” said Sheryl McQuade, regional president, Metro New England for TD. “Bringing our colleagues together at International Place allows us to deepen relationships, collaborate more closely and continue investing in Boston as a place where our people and our business can thrive.”
Ownership was represented in-house in leasing negotiations by Donald Chiofaro Jr., Ryan Barrett and Katherine Shields.
