BMC Investments and Rockpoint have closed on a $68 million refinancing on the Madison at Copperleaf, a 330-unit apartment project in Arapahoe County, just outside Denver.
The three-year, floating-rate bridge loan was arranged by Walker & Dunlop and was provided by Prime Finance. The Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory team was led by Dustin Stolly, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Sean Reimer, Michael Ianno, Christopher de Raet, and Jason Schwartzberg, who worked alongside Justin Nelson and PJ Feichtmeier of Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance.Â
Recently, the same group worked with Prime Finance to arrange the refinance of The Fillmore at Copperleaf on behalf of BMC Investments, an adjacent single-family rental community.
Amenities at the Madison at Copperleaf include a clubhouse with coworking space, a pool and spa, fitness and yoga studios, a sauna, a children’s playroom, a dog park and pet spa, EV charging, and outdoor gathering areas.
