Developer Tony Giarratana is listing his Alcove tower, a 34-story apartment tower.at 900 Church St., on Church Street. A Newmark team led by Vince Lefler and Tarek El Gammal is marketing the property.
Alcove, which opened in May 2023, offers 356 apartment units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom units.
Tower amenities include a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen, a fitness center and a 3,300-square-foot dog park. Alcove features two pools, including one with a clear acrylic bottom that overlooks the sidewalk 372 feet below.
The Nashville Business Journal reports Giarratana bought the 0.31-acre parcel for Alcove from the YMCA of Middle Tennessee in 2019 for $6.7 million. In July 2021, he secured a $191 million construction loan from Acore Capital to fund Alcove and its sister project, Prime, which is located across the street. Prime is not listed for sale.
No asking price was disclosed for Alcove.
