Tapping into Enthusiasts
Lego is a timeless brand, one responsible for many memories and the birth of childhood creativity. The company has enjoyed very steady success over the years, never really breaking through that much or losing to new competitors. Lego’s staying power is undeniable.
When it comes to car enthusiasts, though, Lego has broken new ground in recent times by capitalizing on the boom of car model purchases and popularity. It started with only selected models, but eventually expanded its car model catalog.

Lego Models June Drop
Lego Speed Champions is the toy line for car enthusiasts, and June seems like an exciting time with some big drops on the way. Already announced was the Ken Block Hoonicorn Ford Mustang, but additional new models are slated to be released alongside the Hoonicorn stang.
Jaybrickblog reports that Brian O’Connor’s iconic orange Toyota Supra and Ferrari‘s current winning Le Mans Hypercar are slated for launch this June. The Mk4 Supra is a legend, considered one of the most recognizable movie cars of all time. It’ll come with 292 individual pieces and even has chromed out rims.
Despite the Supra being a convertible, Lego Speed Champions has chosen to keep it in the open-top form for the model, and it’ll also have a miniature version of Brian, who was played by the late and beloved Paul Walker.
The Ferrari 499P was the famed prancing horse’s return to the top tier of world endurance racing. Right off the bat, it was a dominant car, beating the likes of Toyota and Porsche, who had been at it much longer than Ferrari in recent times. After its 50-year hiatus from top-flight Le Mans racing, the 499P scored a trifecta of Le Mans wins in 2023, 2024, and 2025. For the Lego Speed Champions, it’ll be in its famous red-and-yellow livery and will have 329 pieces in total.

Hoonicorn
As mentioned above, part of the drop will feature Ken Block’s take on a drifting competition Mustang, the Hoonicorn. The Hoonicorn was debuted during Ken’s long-running Gymkhana series, and it was the star of the 7th film. Alongside the Supra and the Ferrari, the Hoonicorn has the most individual Lego pieces, coming in with 345 in total. However, price-wise, all three cars are the same, with each selling for $29.99.
