The five-story property blends fully furnished residences with hotel-style service. Each residence is managed by AvantStay.
Located at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd. in Austin’s Zilker neighborhood, The Code brings 177 fully furnished residences to market. The Code offers studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom layouts designed for both short and extended stays. Each residence includes a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and dedicated living space. The project introduces a hotel-condo model to the Austin market, combining guest bookings with professionally managed residential ownership.
Guests have access to a tanning ledge, a poolside outdoor kitchen, a rooftop terrace, 24-hour concierge and check-in, and secure parking. The ground-floor lobby lounge serves coffee and cocktails by Cuvée Coffee.
