Ellis Realty Advisors will establish new headquarters at 4 Pond Park in Hingham, MA. Vacant since 2019, the office building was acquired in November 2025 and has since been reimagined by Ellis to reflect its vision as a hub for business collaboration on the South Shore.
Beyond serving as the company’s headquarters, 4 Pond Park will serve as a business growth ecosystem for South Shore businesses, according to Ellis Realty. The firm projects completion of buildout and leasing within nine months following the acquisition. The South Shore Chamber of Commerce is one of the first tenants in the space.
