
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner CBRE Investment Management secured two new leases at Arsenal Trade Center in Sayreville, NJ. The leases, totaling 535,915 square feet, were signed by Worldwide Logistics USA LCC and Nekteck, Inc. The landlord was represented by Tom Monahan, Larry Schiffinhaus, and Brian Golden of CBRE. Jimo Liu of Cushman & Wakefield represented Worldwide Logistics, while Matt Esposito of Lee & Associates represented Nekteck.
The largest lease, measuring 451,916 square feet, was signed by Worldwide Logistics for the entirety of Building 3. The company expects to occupy the space by May 1. In the second transaction, Nekteck leased 83,999 square feet within Building 1 at 49 Callahan Blvd.
