
Pompano Center, part of a fund run by Clarion Partners, sold four warehouses to Link Logistics for $163.1 million. Link is a Blackstone afflliated company.
The combined 623,256-square-foot portfolio is at 2510 W. Copans Road. The S. Florida Business Journal reports it last traded for $77.25 million in 2016. The four buildings span 37.4 acres and were developed between 2000 and 2002. Recent tenants include Lowe’s Home Centers, Supply Side Solutions, Stoneline Group, WorldPac, American Flooring Supplies, and Unique Custom Marine Vault.
According to the fourth quarter report from Colliers, the industrial vacancy rate in Broward County was 6.8%, up from 5.1% a year earlier.
Blackstone’s Link Logistics sold three Miami-Dade County industrial properties for $90 million or more in 2025, including a $130 million sale in September.
