With a famously massive menu that practically rivals a novel in length, the chain is known for its over-the-top portions and constantly evolving menu.
This spring, the chain is adding a whole lineup of new dishes, so when I was invited to The Cheesecake Factory to try them, I was eager to see if they could stand out in a sea of 250-plus options.
The Cheesecake Factory updates its menu twice a year, a tradition the chain has upheld for over 40 years to keep the menu fresh and current, cofounder and CEO David Overton told Nation’s Restaurant News in 2017.
