
The Inland Real Estate Group announced the appointment of Catherine Lynch to Chief of Staff. In this role, she will work closely with Tony Chereso, Inland’s CEO and President, to move key enterprise initiatives forward and strengthen collaboration across Inland’s business verticals. Lynch joined Inland in 1989 and brings more than three decades of experience in executive leadership roles to her new position.
Colliers has appointed John Heitmann as senior vice president with Colliers Debt & Structured Finance. Heitmann will focus on structuring, marketing and placing capital for institutional and private investors as part of Colliers’ U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets, alongside investment sales professionals Jordan Selbiger, Executive Vice President and CJ Kodani, Senior Vice President.
PREMIER Design + Build Group promoted Jason Spataro to senior vice president, preconstruction, a newly elevated national leadership role in which he will oversee all preconstruction services across the organization. In his expanded role, Spataro will be instrumental in shaping preconstruction strategy, standardizing best practices across markets, and ensuring clients receive quality attention and service.
Danny Scheidler has joined CBRE’s Indianapolis office as a senior vice president. He will specialize in industrial occupier representation throughout the region. Prior to joining CBRE, Scheidler established himself as an industry leader, bringing 10 years of experience advising complex industrial occupiers nationwide. Most recently, he served at JLL, where he ranked among the firm’s top revenue producers and advised several prominent corporations and national occupiers.

The Nicholas Family of Companies has been selected to develop, build and operate Westfield Ice Facility, a new multi-sheet indoor ice facility in Westfield, a northern suburb of Indianapolis. The facility will be a catalyst for further growth of the Grand Park District, a mixed-use development near the Grand Sports Campus in Westfield. Westfield Ice Facility will feature three NHL-sized stadium-styled rinks—with a potential fourth rink for future expansion—offering tiered seating for up to 3,500 spectators.
