
Cabot Properties, a leading investor, developer, and operator of logistics properties throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific, has made a series of leadership appointments and firmwide promotions. The Boston-based company said the executive moves reflect the firm’s continued growth, long-term succession planning and commitment to developing talent across the organization.
- Kara Brown has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in addition to her existing roles as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. In this expanded role, Brown will continue to oversee legal, compliance, insurance, and strategic human capital initiatives.
- Justin Harvey and Mike McCarthy have been promoted to Co-Chief Investment Officers of Cabot’s Value Funds moving forward, assuming regional leadership responsibilities across Europe and the United States, respectively. Harvey and McCarthy will continue to serve as Deputy CIOs of Cabot’s Value Funds VI and VII.
- Damian Bailey has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer of Cabot’s Core Funds following the deployment of Core Fund III, succeeding Charlie Forbes as part of a planned leadership transition.
- Charlie Forbes will transition to Vice Chairman of Investment Committees for the Core and Value Funds, where he will continue to provide strategic oversight and investment guidance.
These changes follow the recent promotions of Brad Otis to Chief Operating Officer and Mike Gebo to Head of Asset Management.
