Famed Parisian brand Fouquet’s and its parent company Barrière Group are debuting their second luxury hotel in the U.S. in Miami’s Design District at the Design Residences, designed by Chipperfield. Barriere is a 127-year-old casino and entertainment company.Â
A 12-story hotel property will include 85 guestrooms, blending with 143 residential units in a 25-story tower – both overseen by Fouquet’s. The project is planned for about two acres at 39 NE 39th St.
The hotel will also lead the property’s food and beverage program, introducing five distinct dining concepts drawn from Fouquet’s culinary portfolio.
Miami Design District Associates (MDDA), Raycliff Capital, FortPartners and Constellation Hotels Holding are teaming up on the project.
Fouquet’s Miami is expected to open its doors in 2030. Fouquet’s opened in New York in 2022.
