Toro Development Company (TDC) has started work on Overlook, a 301-unit multifamily community within Cumming City Center. First units are expected to deliver in 2027.Â
Spanning 75 acres, Cumming City Center features a mix of retail, restaurants, walking trails, an expansive green space and amphitheater for community events and a new municipal building. Overlook amenities include a pool, fitness center, social courtyards, sky lounge, micro-offices and a dog park.
TDC is also currently underway on the $560 million Medley, the 43-acre mixed-use community in Johns Creek. Medley, which will celebrate its Grand Opening later this year, features 164,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 750 multifamily residences, 133 luxury, for-sale townhomes, 110,000 square feet of lifestyle office space, a 150-key boutique hotel and a 25,000-square-foot Plaza programmed with up to 200 events per year.Â
