Designer toy brand POP MART has opened a new store at Westfield Old Orchard Mall in Skokie.
The latest location marks POP MART’s sixth location in Illinois, and the Old Orchard store will debut with a lineup of collections. The globally recognized toy brand opened its storefront next to Macy’s on the north side of the mall, near Zara, Shake Shack and Molly’s Cupcakes.
Founded in 2010, POP MART has more than 550 offline stores and 2,500 ROBO SHOPs across 20+ countries. Located on Chicago’s North Shore, Westfield Old Orchard is anchored by Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and CMX Cinemas. The retail destination also features such top brands as Apple, Fabletics, lululemon, Kendra Scott, SoulCycle, TUMI, Tiffany & Co., Vineyard Vines.
POP MART joining the mall’s retail lineup comes as other tenants have recently moved into the redeveloped mixed-used project by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Last year, Puttshack opened a 30,000-square-foot social entertainment venue as part of Westfield Old Orchard’s ongoing revamp.
