The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is virtually the same size as its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra. But Samsung did make the corners rounder this year, which means that the dimensions have changed a little bit.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s size this year is 163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm. This does make it about 0.3mm thinner than the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is great news. It is also a little bit lighter at 214g.
The screen size is still the same at 6.9 inches (nice). This is a Quad HD+ resolution Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz LTPO included. It also has pretty incredible brightness at 2,600 nits. Of course, we cannot forget about Privacy Display, which is able to keep your display private, only for your viewing, whenever you want.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is a really good phone to pick up. As we mentioned in our review, it doesn’t really stand out in any specific area, but it does very well in every area. It has a great display, great camera, great battery life, but it’s not the best in any of those categories. This makes the Galaxy S26 Ultra the best all-rounder out there right now. Samsung made a lot of small changes this year, which has resulted in a pretty big upgrade, all things under consideration. Samsung has been iterating on its design and its flagship for years, and that’s not a bad thing. If it aint broke, don’t fix it.
Unfortunately, the price is still quite high. But the good news is, the Galaxy S26 Ultra price did not go up this year; it still starts at $1,299 for 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S26 Ultra colors are also better this year, still kind of boring, but at least Samsung is using more than one hue this time around.
