The Vivo X300 Ultra is the company’s upcoming premium flagship that’ll join the other X300 siblings. Going by what we know so far, it’s shaping up to be a beast with dual 200MP cameras, new telephoto extenders, a large ultrawide camera, and more. Besides the X300 Ultra, Vivo seems to have another phone in the X300 family, and today it has officially revealed some details about it. We’re talking about the Vivo X300s, which will feature a ZEISS camera system.
Vivo X300s will feature a 200MP ZEISS camera
At MWC 2026, Vivo reportedly showcased a new X300 series phone, without revealing its name or any other details. It was originally believed to be the Vivo X300 Max. Well, Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, on Weibo confirmed that it is the Vivo X300s. The ‘s’ here means “SuperMax.” Has also shared new teaser images that reveal some key specs of the handset.
The Vivo X300s will sport a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ flat display with ZEISS color calibration, a 144Hz refresh rate, and native 144FPS gameplay in certain MOBA titles. The screen will also support Circular Polarization Light 2.0 technology, which will offer better eye protection.
MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and a 7,000mAh battery
The executive confirmed that the phone will feature a 200MP ZEISS camera system. But the rest of the camera details are under wraps, for now. Vivo will equip the X300s with dual 1511 symmetric speakers and support iQOO 15’s Gaming HyperSense Audio feature. The latter will improve in-game audio details by up to 120%. The phone will come with a 751440 linear vibration motor to offer improved haptics.
While that’s everything Vivo is giving out today, past leaks gave some key specs of the Vivo X300s. It could feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, a 7,000mAh battery, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. While there’s no launch date yet, the Vivo X300s may debut in China alongside the Vivo X300 Ultra.
