The Oppo Find N6 is due for a release on March 17, and although the phone hasn’t launched, there are people who already have ahold of it, and that’s where the leak of these live images comes in. The images come from several sources, but they also all have one thing in common. They all showcase the nearly invisible crease on the inside display.
One of the main issues with foldable phones is that the crease is still visible a lot of the time. Despite people telling you it’s not. Oppo has set out to change that with the Find N6. By all accounts, based on these images, Oppo seems to have nearly cracked the code. This is after the Oppo Find N5 came to market, having one of the least visible creases of any foldable at that time. So, it shouldn’t be surprising that Oppo seems to have done it again. While not all of the specs have been confirmed, some have. Oppo says the hinge will use a titanium alloy, for example. It has also confirmed two colors, which are Stellar Titanium and Blossom Orange. There’s also a third color, which is Black.
Oppo Find N6 leaked images hide the crease well
While it might look different in person, judging from the images, the crease on the inside foldable display of the Find N6 is almost non-existent. You can sort of see it in one image from user GM_T18 on X. Images from IceUniverse and TechHome100, however, make it pretty clear that the crease is entirely capable of going unnoticed.
What’s surprising is that it’s almost impossible to see even when the display is asleep. When it’s awake, and all the light and color are there, chances are you would never notice it at all. The leaked images also show off more of the phone’s design. Part of the reason why the creases end up staying shallow over time is the self-healing glass that Oppo has used for the phone.
