BRUNT Workwear, a rapidly expanding Massachusetts-based work boot and apparel company, has committed to 56,000 square feet of R&D, warehouse and office space at 301 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington, MA. BRUNT will relocate its company headquarters to occupy part of the 126,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility, owned by Camber Development and GEM Realty Capital.
The CBRE team of Brian McKenzie and Christian Vallis led the leasing campaign for the facility and represented building ownership in the lease negotiations. Derek Losi and Nathaniel Heilbron of Cresa represented BRUNT.
“We are thrilled we were able to complete this transaction, which ensures a major tenant and its workforce will continue to expand in the suburban Boston market,” said McKenzie.
The property is part of a 200,000-square-foot park, including the adjacent 299 Ballardvale, that was recapitalized by Camber and GEM in November 2024. The BRUNT lease brings both buildings to 100% occupancy.
