
Public Storage, a $4.8 billion company, is abandoning its Glendale, California headquarters in favor of new digs in Frisco. The Dallas Business Journal reports Public Storage will be moving to 2811 Internet Blvd. in side Hall Park. Public Storage intends to renovate around 119,000 square feet within the development. The estimated completion date of June 30.
Frisco’s Hall Park is adding a 10-story building at 2901 Network Blvd. that will feature 206,358 square feet of office space and a 470,920-square-foot parking garage. Hall Park is currently home to more than 200 companies across more than a dozen buildings and serves more than 150,000 people.
Public Storage (NYSE: PSA) has operated its headquarters in California since opening in 1972. The company reported $4.8 billion in revenue in 2025 for the largest self-storage brand in the U.S. The company operates more than 3,500 self-storage facilities across 40 U.S. states and has more than 5,000 employees.
Chevron and Charles Schwab, and others, have recently left their California headquarters for Texas.
