When choosing a new smartphone, the first thing that catches your eye isn’t the processor or the battery life, but the color. With the Galaxy S26 series launch, Samsung is introducing a unified design language that prioritizes a clean yet premium look. The Galaxy S26 Plus, the white flagship, is available in a palette that ranges from classic tones to vibrant new color options.
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S26 Plus will be available in four primary colors across all retail channels: Cobalt Violet, White, Black, and Sky Blue. These shades provide a mix of professional and expressive styles for the average user. However, for those looking for something more distinct, Samsung.com offers two exclusive finishes: Pink Gold and Silver Shadow. These online-only options allow for a bit more personalization for buyers who order directly from the official store.
Beyond the colors, there’s a notable change in the firm’s design language. Samsung is moving away from the individual, “floating” camera sensors seen in previous generations. Instead, the phones now have a vertical pill-shaped camera island. This design choice draws attention to the lens system while keeping the rest of the back panel clean. The subtle yet clear Samsung logo is still there, though.
Some key features, price and availability
It’s not all about design on the Galaxy S26 Plus. In the United States, the Galaxy S26 Plus runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. This hardware enables ProScaler technology, a feature shared with the Galaxy S26 Ultra model that sharpens text and enhances textures in photos and videos. The phone also sports a 4,900mAh battery, like last year’s model. However, the wireless charging has been upgraded to 20W.
The Galaxy S26 Plus starts at $1,099.99 for the base variant (256GB). Both models come equipped with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The camera system includes a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
If one of these new colors has caught your attention, pre-orders are open today, February 25. You can find the device at Amazon, Best Buy, and major carriers. Those waiting to see the colors in person can expect general availability in stores starting March 11, 2026.
