Construction is underway at what will be Park Place Dealerships newest Porsche dealership at 6000 Lemmon Ave. in Dallas.
Park Place Dealerships is building its new 110,000-square-foot showroom and service shop on a 15-acre site at 6000 Lemmon Ave. Costs are expected to reach $26 million with the facility scheduled to be completed in 2027. The Dallas Business Journal reports that Park Place, in December 2024, purchased the 15-acre site, previously valued by real estate experts familiar with the matter at between $55 million and $70 million, from RTX Corp., formerly known as Raytheon.Â
Both the Porsche and an expanded nearby Volvo dealership will employ a combined 200 team members.
Brinkmann Construction has been hired for the project.
Founded in 1987, Park Place Dealership operates nine full-service dealerships for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Lexus.
