- CBRE announced that Joey Blakley has joined its market-leading Florida multifamily capital markets team as a First Vice President. In his new role, Blakley will be based in Orlando and will focus on advising institutional and private capital clients on multifamily property transactions across Central and North Florida. Blakley previously served as Senior Director with the Multifamily Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Foundry Commercial.
- GAIA Real Estate announced Pascual Korchmar as the firm’s new Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development, underscoring GAIA’s continued investment in its growing team and expanding presence throughout the South Florida market.  Korchmar brings over 25 years of experience in real estate.Â
- Fausto Commercial announced its market expansion into Jacksonville, marking the firm’s continued growth across Florida’s key urban markets with its third major presence in the state in addition to Miami and Broward County.  The new office will be located at 25 N. Market Street under the direction of Aria Fleming, commercial real estate advisor, who has more than 10 years of experience. Fleming began her career in Miami but is established in Jacksonville. Â
- Hillpointe has appointed Josh Draughn as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Centralized Operations. Prior to Hillpointe, Josh held senior marketing and customer experience leadership positions at some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including Riverstone Residential Group/Greystar, Cortland Partners, and Weidner Apartment Homes.Â
