Citivest Commercial and MDC Realty Advisors have acquired a 112,000 square foot Denver retail center for $13 million. The Denver Business Journal reports that Legacy Capital Partners was the seller of the property at 7150 Leetsdale Drive in Denver. Legacy Capital was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson.
Hendrickson added, “Grocery anchored, with leasing efforts underway for two additional junior box traffic generators, Leetsdale Marketplace is quickly returning to a vibrant, productive center in a short period of time.”
Leetsdale Marketplace, which is anchored by a Save A Lot store, sits on 10.25 acres about two miles southeast of the Cherry Creek neighborhood. MCD said the center was acquired as a value-add investment on behalf of private investors.
The acquisition marks Citivest’s fourth retail acquisition in Colorado since 2022.
On its LinkedIn page, the company says the acquisition aligns with Citivest’s strategy of acquiring well-located assets with embedded value-add and leasing upside.
