L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, announced a $335 million refinancing of Wynwood Plaza, their recently completed mixed-use campus at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
L&L and Oak Row will utilize the proceeds from the bridge loan to retire its original construction financing and fund the balance of its office and residential leasing costs. The floating rate loan was issued by funds managed by Blue Owl Capital.
Completed in October 2025, the one million-square-foot urban campus is anchored by a luxury apartment community with 509 units and a 266,000-square-foot Class AAA office tower that rises 12 stories.
Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory’s Dustin Stolly led a team that arranged the loan on behalf of ownership. Ownership was represented by L&L’s Yong Cho, Susan Raffo and Jake Dersovitz.
