JLL Capital Markets has arranged the $20.575-million sale of 6065 Strickland Ave., a 2.69-acre waterfront development site in Mill Basin, Brooklyn. JLL represented the seller, Strickland Realty Group. The property was acquired by Salvation Church of God.
The JLL Capital Markets team that represented the seller included Mike Mazzara, Ethan Stanton, Brendan Maddigan, Joe Lopresti and Kyle Crennan. The buyer was represented by Christopher Cavorti and Mike Laurent of The Forray Team at The Corcoran Group. The site was delivered vacant.
“6065 Strickland Ave. represents exactly the kind of real estate assignment that requires thoughtfulness and vision,” said Mazzara. “Matching a rare waterfront parcel with a buyer committed to long-term community benefit underscores the role JLL strives to play as a strategic advisor. Our goal is always to help clients see not just what a site is today, but what it can become for generations.”
