Cresa’s Board of Directors has appointed Ray Anderson as CEO, effective immediately.
Anderson succeeds Tod Lickerman, who will remain on Cresa’s Board. He will drive Cresa’s continued growth and its advisory approach to deliver transformational real estate results for clients.
Anderson has been serving major occupier clients as a consultant for the past 20 years. Previously, he was a senior partner with EY-Parthenon in its value creation group, managing global enterprise-wide transformation and merger and acquisition projects for public, private, and private equity corporate clients. He also led the business performance improvement group at Huron Consulting and has held various leadership roles at other firms.
“Ray’s proven track record in corporate value creation, organizational transformation, and M&A on behalf of corporate clients fits well with Cresa’s occupier advocacy mission,” said Board Chairman Gary Gregg. “He guided Cresa through unprecedented growth during his tenure and built a foundation for the long-term success of the company.”
