A partnership of master developer RXR and Chuo Nittochi America Corporation Team held a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest residential development within Garvies Point, The Arden. Representing the next phase in a multi-phased transformation of Glen Cove’s waterfront on Long Island, The Arden will rise five stories and feature 101 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.
“This groundbreaking represents another milestone in our long-term commitment to Glen Cove and the continued revitalization of the waterfront and downtown core,” said Joe Graziose, EVP residential development and construction, RXR. “Garvies Point has already proven itself as a thriving neighborhood. This next phase brings an even higher caliber of living, further solidifying Glen Cove as a premier destination on Long Island.”.
The Arden is scheduled for completion in 2027. Other rental buildings onsite include the 385-unit Harbor Landing. Garvies Point is also home to The Beacon, a condominium building with 166 homes.
