An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. announced the expansion of coworking operator Workbar at 117 Kendrick St. in Needham, MA. The expansion adds 12,000 square feet, bringing Workbar Needham to just under 40,000 square feet.
The expanded space will introduce additional private offices, larger coworking neighborhoods, a new conferencing center, and upgraded amenities designed to serve hybrid teams, project-based groups, and distributed workforces throughout the MetroWest region. The Workbar expansion is expected to open in May 2026, with pre-leasing now underway.
