
MGAC, a global project and cost management consultancy, has appointed Nicholas Muir to Senior Director based in the firm’s New York office. Muir joins MGAC with more than three decades of international experience in establishing, building, and managing property portfolios across 13 countries and comprising a combined value exceeding $12 billion.
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that Richard Madris has joined the firm’s financial services team as a partner in the funds and asset management group in the New York office. Madris advises on fund formation and operations and structuring fund investments, with a focus on real asset funds, for clients in the infrastructure, real estate, private equity, private credit and renewables sectors. He is particularly well-known for creating JPMorgan’s Infrastructure Investments Fund, a leading open-end global infrastructure fund.
Palistar Capital LP, an alternative asset manager focused on mission-critical communications and digital infrastructure, appointed Ginu Thomas to an expanded leadership role as COO and CFO. Thomas joined Palistar as chief administrative officer in September 2025.

Visitt, an AI-native property operations platform, has raised $22 million in Series B funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), an entrepreneur-centric growth equity firm, with participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures. The funding round follows a year of rapid expansion for Visitt, which today has more than 150 customers, achieving over 900% growth in managed square footage in 2025.
