
Interra Realty has promoted Michael Duckler to managing director. The firm has also hired Jordan Zaroff and Jack Pearson as associates. Duckler previously served as a sports and brand consultant at Creative Artists Agency. Caplin’s career includes multifamily development roles with Clover Properties, CRG, and Optimus Properties, as well as finance experience with McEagle Properties.

Newmark has added Senior Managing Director Matt Ledom to its Central U.S. Multifamily Capital Markets group. Ledom brings 15 years of investment sales experience, having played a key role in the disposition, acquisition and development of transactions totaling more than $3 billion. He will advise institutional and private clients on multifamily investment sales across the Kansas City region.
Clayco announced the creation of a new enterprise leadership role, President of Self-Perform, underscoring the firm’s continued investment in self-perform construction. In this new role, Jason Mrozek will work closely with Clayco’s self-perform businesses across concrete, building enclosure, mechanical and electrical systems to enhance growth and operational performance across the Clayco enterprise.
