A three-team joint venture delivered The Bellwether in the Denver Tech Center. The Bellwether development team consisted of Opus, Miller Global Properties, and Principal Asset Management.
The Denver Business Journal reports the development, at 7831 E. Union Ave. replaced a surface parking lot next to a 13-story office building. The building fills a portion of a property that Principal and Miller purchased for $75.25 million in 2021.
The building’s location is next to the Regional Transportation District train station.
Units at The Bellwether range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a work-from-home space, a fitness center and yoga studio, a pool, an outdoor area with fire pits and grills and a speakeasy. The speakeasy includes a private dining space connected to the building’s game room.
