Wells Fargo will move an undisclosed number of workers from the City Center Fort Worth to the Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth. The Fort Worth Report states that the bank will relocate from its current 70,000-square-foot office downtown in Sundance Square, where it has had its local operations since 2006.Â
The three-story, 70,000-square-foot building, which is being developed by Simon, will include two floors and approximately 50,000 square feet of modern Class A office space, with approximately 22,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space. Wells Fargo will take over all but 11,000 square feet of it. The project has already broken ground and is expected to open in 2026.Â
The new office building will join two other fully leased office buildings currently at the property.Â
For the office lease transaction, Wells Fargo was represented by David Walters with CBRE, and Simon was represented by Cannon Camp with JLL.
