HONOR has confirmed that it will be there at the MWC 2026, where it will be unveiling its latest foldable, the Magic V6, and the much-anticipated ROBOT Phone. MWC 2026 will be held in Barcelona, Spain, between March 2nd and 5th. This means the flagship foldable is coming way sooner than initially expected. Besides phones, the company will also reveal its plans regarding its AI advancements for the future.
HONOR Magic V6 and ROBOT Phone will debut at MWC 2026
The HONOR foldable is now arriving much earlier than its predecessor. To jog your memory, the HONOR Magic V5 foldable debuted in China in July last year, and the global announcement happened in August. However, it isn’t clear whether the HONOR Magic V6 will launch in China first or debut directly at MWC 2026. HONOR foldables usually launch in China first, and then expand to the global regions gradually.
Besides the Magic V6 foldable and the ROBOT Phone, HONOR also mentions the global premier of its “latest all-scenario flagship devices,” hinting that there will be more product announcements at MWC 2026. HONOR has reportedly scheduled its launch announcement for March 1st at 1 PM CET.

The big battery upgrade
In separate news, the HONOR Magic V6 has reportedly received China’s 3C certification. This shows the top-end variant of the foldable may pack a large 7,000mAh rated dual-cell battery (7,150mAh typical battery). If true, this is a significant upgrade over the predecessor, which rocked a 6,150mAh battery. Meanwhile, other variants may house a 6,700mAh-rated battery (6,850mAh typical cell). This is again an improvement over the 5,820mAh cell on the predecessor.
If the leak pans out, HONOR Magic V6 will have the largest battery on a foldable. Despite that, the HONOR phone will reportedly be lighter and slimmer than its predecessor. The leaked specs suggest that it could house a 200MP primary camera and be one of the first foldables to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.
Meanwhile, the HONOR ROBOT Phone features a gimbal camera attached to its robotic arm. The camera retracts from a dedicated area in the rear camera module. The gimbal can track and interact with moving objects. The company previewed it back in November. We will finally learn more about it at MWC 2026 in March.
