Jack Resnick & Sons secured a new 10-year, 6,733-square-foot lease with the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation at 133 E. 58th St., its 15-story office building in Manhattan’s Plaza District. The newly formed organization’s first-ever headquarters will occupy part of the building’s sixth floor and serve as its central hub for wellness programs, community engagement and advocacy for the Parkinson’s community.
““This building is a perfect fit for all types of healthcare and medical office users, and we look forward to having Parkinson’s Wellness and its important mission join the building’s community,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons.
Resnick was represented in-house in the transaction by managing director Fran Delgorio and executive managing director Brett Greenberg. The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation was represented by vice chairman Adelaide Polsinelli and VP Marc Shulman of Compass. Resnick will execute a full buildout of the space ahead of the tenant’s planned move-in in the summer of 2025.
