Seventeen Hundred has 295 residences across 57 floor plans.
Seventeen Hundred’s amenity collection spans indoor and outdoor spaces including an edgeless rooftop pool with cabanas and daybeds, rooftop outdoor kitchens, private dining rooms with skyline views, firepit lounges, a sky lounge and zen garden, and a skybridge connecting shared spaces. Wellness offerings include a fitness studio, a yoga studio, a luxury pet spa and patio, and 24 EV charging stations.
Other offerings include coworking and conference spaces, a billiard lounge, secure underground parking with storage, and a secure package room. A pilates studio, day spa, and coffee bar will open in the next few months.
