Samsung’s budget Galaxy A07 5G handset is right around the corner. While we’re waiting for that announcement, we have some exclusive info to share with you. We managed to get our hands on the Samsung Galaxy A07 5G marketing materials, which we’ll talk about here.
The Samsung Galaxy A07 5G will have two rear cameras, and a different camera deco
The Galaxy A07 5G will have a different camera deco than its predecessor. Two cameras will be a part of the same camera island, but they’ll still be vertically aligned and in the top-left corner of the phone’s back side.
On the front, you’ll see an Infinity-U panel, in other words, there’s a notch at the top of the display. The company also opted to use Key Island 2.0 here, on the right side. You’ll notice that the physical keys are raised to the right side, compared to the frame. They have their very own hill to stand on.
Samsung opted for a 2-step tempered glass on the front, to protect the display. That glass is on the same level as the Gorilla Glass 5, it is said. On the back, you’ll get a glass fiber reinforced polymer.
A 6.7-inch 120Hz display will be on offer, along with a chip from MediaTek
As for the specs, a flat 6.7-inch panel will it on the front, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will offer a 1600 x 720 (HD+) resolution, and it’s a PLS LCD display. That panel will provide brightness of up to 800 nits and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

MediaTek’s 6nm Dimensity 6300 processor will fuel this phone, while Samsung will offer 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. Both of those models will come with 128GB of storage. You will be able to expand that storage, though, via a microSD card (up to 2TB).
Samsung will include a large 6,000mAh battery and offer great software support
A 6,000mAh battery will also be included, which is a 1,000mAh improvement over last year’s model. A 50-megapixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture) will be joined by a 2-megapixel depth camera (f/2.4 aperture). On the front, an 8-megapixel shooter will sit (f/2.0 aperture).
The device will be IP54 certified for water and dust resistance, while Samsung is promising 6 years of Android OS and security updates. Android 16 comes pre-installed here, with One UI 8.0.
The Samsung Galaxy A07 5G will measure 167.4 x 77.4 x 8.2mm, while it will weigh 199 grams. We still don’t know when it will launch, but its predecessor arrived in February last year. So it’s possible we’ll see this one arrive next month. It will be available in Black, Light Green, and Light Violet color options.
