Not much more than a decade ago, this article would have been marveling at the relative affordability of Japanese sports cars from the 1990s. However, in recent years, the classic car market has woken up to these once-undervalued gems and now good ones are costing as much (or more) than exotic German and Italian sports cars from the same era.
