Tri Jay Owner LLC, a joint venture between DL Development Partners and Argos Development, has acquired 315 Meserole St., an approximately 100,000-square-foot commercial mixed-use building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for $19.25 million. The seller was not disclosed.
Formerly known as The Breeze, 315 Meserole is a revitalized industrial site home to an eclectic mix of commercial, industrial and retail tenants. Under new management, the property will continue to serve as home to local Brooklyn businesses and as a neighborhood amenity and destination for the residents and businesses of East Williamsburg and Bushwick. Upcoming renovations to the property will enhance the space to be more accommodating for local entrepreneurs, creatives, and makers, according to the JV.
“We envision 315 Meserole St. as a prime destination for small businesses in a uniquely Brooklyn environment, a perfect location for the many creatives and innovators that call East Williamsburg and Bushwick home,” said Peter Volandes, managing principal of Argos Development.
