Greystar has topped off construction of a new 416-unit apartment community in Everett, MA. Juniper, located at 1690 Revere Beach Pkwy, is Greystar’s fifth residential development in Everett’s Commercial Triangle District and its second at 1690 Revere Beach. Construction began in the summer of 2024 and is projected to wrap up in mid-2026.
Building amenities of the seven-story development include three interior courtyards, a fitness room, a golf simulator lounge and bike storage with a Bluebikes rental station. Juniper’s topping off follows the successful openings of Greystar’s four other residential developments in the area: Mason (2023), Anthem Everett (2024), Maxwell (2024) and Jade (2025).
“Greystar remains committed to our efforts in the Commercial Triangle District’s emergence as a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood and look forward to continuing our work in this community,” Gary Kerr, the firm’s senior managing director of development, said in a statement in 2024.
