
Todd Stofflet has joined Lument’s growing real estate investment sales team as a managing director. Based in Chicago, Stofflet will focus on multifamily transactions in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
CenterPoint Properties announced the retirement of its chief executive officer, Bob Chapman, effective July 1, 2025. Bob has been with CenterPoint for over 10 years, during which he has driven the company’s remarkable growth and expansion into strategic new markets. As part of CenterPoint’s succession plan, Jim Clewlow, currently chief operating officer, will assume the position of chief executive officer. Jim has been with CenterPoint for nearly 30 years and has played a pivotal role, both as chief investment officer and, most recently, as chief operating officer.
Principal Asset Management announced that Richard Hill joined the firm as Global Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy. In this role, Hill will work across portfolio teams on capital allocation strategies developed through a relative value framework. He will also lead the real estate global research team with responsibility for delivering the house economic and real estate views to clients. Hill joins Principal with 24 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Head of Real Estate Strategy & Research at Cohen & Steers Capital Management.
Dustin Albers has joined Lee & Associates’ Industrial Brokerage Service Group as a senior vice president. Albers entered the industrial real estate industry after a seven-year career as a sales manager for a large payroll company. Over the last six years, he built and expanded his brokerage business at Cawley Commercial.
Realterm has announced the appointment of Joe Noon to Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Investments. Noon will lead Realterm’s Investments and Development teams to identify, evaluate and secure new opportunities to grow the firm’s U.S. transportation logistics portfolios. Prior to this appointment, Noon served as the Vice President of Investments in the Central Region of the U.S. and the Head of Development nationally for Realterm.
Farbman Group announced the addition of four new team members to its family of organizations. Youssef Nafe joins Huntington Construction as a project manager, Jozsef Janaki and Len Cole join Apex Mechanical Solutions as HVAC technicians, and Ayesha Cruz joins Farbman Group as a property manager.
