
Legacy Real Estate Ventures closed on the purchase of 2 Jonathan Dr. in Brockton, MA, in an all equity transaction valued at $1.9 million. The 14,000-square-foot building is fully occupied by TridentCare, a national diagnostic testing company that uses the location to service its Northeast clients.
Parallel with the acquisition, Legacy is extending the lease with TridentCare through 2030. The purchase was brokered by Henry Leiber of NAI Hunneman.
“Legacy is expanding our model to include all equity acquisitions,” said principal Jen Price. “This property represents a fantastic long-term cash flow play, with the TridentCare lease extension and future expansion ability onsite.”
